I’m REALLY late at getting the links and info up for “Summon Dorn”, but I’m finally getting around to it. I also have news about “Summon Kassern” and new covers for both. You can feed your Archangel Craving with Summon Dorn, currently available only in Kindle Format. Good news, though, in late June it will become available in all the other electronic formats. The Romance Studio is giving the 10th Annual “Cupid And Psyche Awards” (CAPA) on Valentines Day 2013. To celebrate, they’re having a party leading up to the awards. They’re giving away an Amazon Gift Card (value $100 minimum) to one lucky reader and lots of other prizes from the TRS prize vault and participating authors too! As usual, I’m late to the Party – I missed posting all day yesterday and today – but I intend to make up for lost time! Between a Hubby with bronchitis, 3 tiny boys with a stomach virus, battling a week-long migraine, and trying to help my Mom a little, I haven’t had a great deal of time left over for writing. Which meant blogging was one of the first cuts I made. Hopefully, at least some of that is resolved now, because I’m sooo over cleaning up buckets of vomit. B} Who The Hell Won? Last week I announced that TIGHT SPACES was finished. That ended up changing as I edited the final scene and wasn’t satisfied with it, but it didn’t take long to rewrite the scene so that it fit the story better. So, it is, indeed, finished. All but one thing. TIGHT SPACES NEEDS YOU! There’s only one problem left. My cover artist, Timothy White (keep watching here for more on him) gave me two versions of the cover to choose from. I LOVE them BOTH! Every time I think I’ve decided definitely which one to use, I end up changing my mind. So,  with time running out, I need help deciding. That’s where YOU come in. This week’s Six is from Tight Spaces, my Erotic Contemporary Romance Novella, Book One in my new series, The Double Dare Club. I’m finally closing in on The End for this one! I only have the final scene left to write and edit, so just a couple hours work, and I can type “The End”. In this snippet, Amy and Jesse have left a nasty confrontation with Amy’s Ex that nearly tanked their lovely evening. With the rest of the night salvaged, Jesse wants revenge, so he   searches out a member of the Double Dare Club Security. “Sounds like the guy. Listen, Ray, he’s been hassling my friend here. That’s what we say here when we’re beyond ready for guests to leave. Of course, not many say it to the guests’ faces. Every year or two, I hear of people within the publishing industry who say Paranormal Romance is on the decline, or on the way out. Sometimes, the tone accompanying the pronouncement seems to say “… And don’t the let door hit you on the ass on the way out.” In certain circles, Paranormal Romance is considered less desirable reading than the back of the cereal box, and that’s usually where the above-mentioned tone comes from. But occasionally, I get that impression from some within the Romance family, as well. As an avid PNR reader for 20+ years, I’ve sometimes observed a corresponding slump in the number of new Paranormal Romances being released.
