But there are still great characters to vote for! Kassern finished the Semi-Final in 6th place out of 8 characters, all from New York/Traditionally published authors. He didn’t win his battle, but he did take nearly 1/3 of the vote – not too shabby for a guy from a couple of unknown Indie authors and a new series! We’ll announce winners of our contest Friday over at the Archangels Creed Blog. Right now, there’s a hilarious post up over there about dildos and chat! Go check it out! We’d like to give Iris, over at ParanormalCravings.com, a HUGE thanks! Despite some hiccups early on, she’s pulled together an amazing contest. I’m sure the Book Battle contest in December will be flawless! Aaannnddd, as a thank you to everyone who voted and worked their tails off to hustle votes, we’ve put the Archangels Creed Books 1, 2, 3 Box Set set up … Continue reading →

I’d like to give a warm welcome (pun intended) to my great friend, Caris Roane! If you haven’t already, do yourself a favor and check out her “Guardians of Ascension” series! Four words – HAWT VAMPIRES with WINGS! She’s a fantastic writer and this series has that something extra to send it over the top. OK, enough of that – here’s Caris! Hi, everyone! I want to thank Kenra for having me today as part of my WARM-UP-YOUR-WINTER BLOG TOUR. On most of the blogs on this tour, I’ll be revealing excerpts from the sixth book in my vampire series called, GATES OF RAPTURE (12/24). I created the tour with the hope that you might get to know my Guardians of Ascension, who are my most beloved winged vampire warriors. I know the covers have wings on them, but the books aren’t about angels AT ALL…just vampires…with wings. I also … Continue reading →
Welcome to my stop on the Naughty New Years Blog Hop! (edit to add: scheduling snafu – my apologies for getting the post up late!) Yours Truly has been pretty busy (nothing new there) making writing plans for 2013. Azure and I are shooting for at least three, possibly four, new Archangels Creed releases in 2013. I’m also planning two, possibly three, Blood Dragon releases, and three Double Dare Club releases in 2013. If all goes well, the first release in my new Paranormal Romance series, still untitled, starring what I’ve started calling my Sooper Sekrit Kritter, will be out. The Double Dare Club will be the naughty part of my 2013 – well, other than the smexy parts of my Paranormals, that is. Several readers have mentioned they’d like more from the door man in Tight Spaces so he’s the Hero of Double Dare 2, now tentatively titled “Chase … Continue reading →
Well, not really HERE here, but close enough. Azure Boone (best friend, co-author, critique partner) and I recently released our first joint project, Archangels Creed 1: Kassern. As part of our promotion for “Kassern” we decided to make it FREE for Christmas! The promotion will run Dec 24, 25, and 26. Get your copy HERE! Then we figured, what the hell, let’s make it a REAL gift! We put ALL* our books FREE for the same period! While you’re busy reading, Azure and I will be busy too. Azure is recovering from the birth of Baby #9! As usual, I’m riding herd on the 3 grandsons – they’re good kids, but they’re so close in age they can be difficult to handle. And while we’re meeting the demands of very active families, we’re also writing in every spare second, and every not-so-spare second. Archangels Creed 2: Dorn is well under … Continue reading →
I'm a Romance Author - mainly Paranormal, but nearly all with fairly graphic intimate scenes. Those scenes serve to further the development of my plots and characters and are not included haphazardly to sell books or arouse readers.
I probably COULD tell the stories without the graphic parts, but I CHOOSE not to. I want to show the full scope of the developing relationship, and leaving out some of the most powerful and meaningful moments will deprive the reader of a measure of understanding and emotional reaction to the characters and their stories.
Since I write books intended for adult readers, I often have material on my website that is entirely unsuitable for younger readers. If you're under 18, or if you're easily offended by open discussion of sexual situations with frank language, you might want to look the other direction.
What’s New? Posts from Azure & Archangels Creed!
